The primary service is refreshing an existing website rather than building a completely new site from the ground up. In some cases, a small rebuild may be recommended if the current site is too limited or difficult to update.

The standard Website Refresh Package includes up to five existing pages. Additional pages can be added for an extra fee and will be included clearly in your proposal.

Most website refreshes take approximately two to four weeks after I receive all required content, images, access, and feedback. The exact timeline depends on the size of the site and the scope of the project.

Yes. Clients are expected to provide their existing logo, photos, service information, and written content. Light copy editing and reorganizing are included, but extensive copywriting, branding, or photography may require an additional fee.

You’ll receive practical recommendations for improving your website’s appearance, navigation, mobile experience, and customer journey. If you’d like help making the changes, I’ll provide a flat-fee proposal with the scope, timeline, and total price.

No. Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, apps, and other third-party fees are paid directly by the client and are not included in the Site Refreshers project fee.

The standard Website Refresh Package includes one revision round. Additional revisions or requests outside the approved scope can be added for an additional fee.
